Caldwell, Napa And Meridian On I-84.
After Passing The Eagle Road Exit, Proceed To
Change To The Left Most Lanes. The Left Lane Will
Take You Directly Into City Center Exit Of I-8.
Proceed Down The City Center Exit For
Approximately 4 Miles, Past Franklin, Curtis,
Fairview And River Street Exits.
After The River Street Exit, Proceed To The Left
Most Lane Of Road. The Road Will Curve Right And
Change From An Elevated Freeway Into A Ground
